Leigh Reichard
Senior Veterinarian and Director (B.V.Sc / B.V.Biol)
Leigh grew up in Zimbabwe before moving to Australia with her family in the early 2000's and working at a Lotus Park Grazing Co's, Feedlot, with her family. There was always a desire to be a veterinarian and Leigh took all the chances and opportunities she could to make the dream a reality.
Leigh completed a Traineeship at Emerald Ag College (Beef Cattle Production & horses) whilst working at Lotus Park.
Leigh started Veterinary Technology at UQ Gatton campus before heading to Wagga Wagga Charles Sturt University to complete a dual degree in Veterinary Science and Veterinary Biology.
Since graduating, Leigh has worked in the Northern Territory & Central QLD areas, with tasks such as vet on board ships to Egypt and Indonesia, pregnancy and semen testing cattle, equine dentistry and tackling all kinds of small animal jobs in between, from the common domestic pet to the not so common as well.
In her short amount of downtime, Leigh will be found with her three boys at sports, home or spending time around her assortment of pets and horses.

Steve Kelly
Veterinarian (B.V.Sc.)
Steve graduated from the University of Queensland in 1981. He worked at various locations within rural Australia, including three years as a flying vet in the Kimberleys & Territory. Since then, Steve has owned and operated vet surgeries in Redland Bay, Esk and now in the South Burnett since 2004.
Steve enjoys working on all animals but has a particular passion for horses & cattle.
In his spare time, you'll find him out fishing or Clay Target Shooting!

Erika Winter

Erika joined our team at Wooroolin Veterinary Services in January 2018. Having lived in the rural Kingaroy area all her life, she has a passion for animals and has completed her Cert 4 in Veterinary Nursing.
Erika enjoys working with our clients to help provide the best care for their pets.
'Days off' for Erika are spent with family and friends as well as her faithful dog 'Bruno'. Erika also enjoys reading and travelling and has had the opportunity to visit Europe, New Zealand, Vanuatu, Lord Howe & Norfolk Islands.

Hannah Moyle

Hannah began work as a veterinary nurse in July 2019 and has a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing.
Hannah loves all aspects of Veterinary Nursing but is particularly passionate about animal nutrition and good management practices, believing prevention is better than cure.
Outside of work Hannah spends her time breeding and showing her Wyandotte chickens, as well as spending time at home with her husband and menagerie of animals. Originally growing up on a cattle property at Kilcoy, Hannah has extensive knowledge of many animals after years of experience providing animal husbandry.

Louise Cain

Louise was born and bred in outback Qld, in a small town call Jundah, 200 klms south of Longreach. From a very young age she had a passion about caring and helping any abandoned or injured animal that came her way.
In 2010 Louise started work as a Veterinary Nurse, and loves every minute of her job. Louise says that ‘one day is never the same as the next’.
Her days are full, and when she’s not in the Clinic, she’s looking after a variety of animals at home, and raising 3 young boys of her own!
Louise is currently completing her Cert 4 in Veterinary Nursing.

Rachel has spent most of her working life in the animal industry, and has many years experience in both Veterinary Nursing and the Retail Pet Industry.
Born and raised in Murgon, Rachel is a keen rescue advocate. Rachel has 5 cats of her own, and one outnumbered dog, along with the fish and the birds!
On days off, she loves to dive head first into a great drama series and chill out with family.
Her favourite part of Veterinary Nursing is the 'snuggles', and the satisfaction of knowing she has spent her day making a difference to an animal in need.

Brendan grew up in the Kingaroy and South Burnett area before heading off to University at UQ Gatton. Here he completed a Bachelor of Applied Science in Animal studies with a focus on production animals. This was followed up a few years later completing a Master's Degree in Animal Science and Management.
Since leaving university, Brendan has worked many roles with Animal Health Companies, Fencing Companies, Feedmills and Abattoirs. Many roles involved consistent travel and Brendan worked up and down most of the east coast, the NT and Northern Australia. Brendan has also worked for one of Australia's largest stock & station agent and Farm Supplies Companies, working with staff in a management position.
Brendan's role will be to assist staff and Leigh with all business requirements and look to get more occurring for the South Burnett with increased Veterinary staff and capabilities.
